Walls, ceilings, doors, trim and cabinet fronts patched, primed and painted to blend with the existing finish. One wall or one room, not whole-house repaints.
Old caulk removed and replaced around tubs, showers, sinks, countertops, windows and baseboards with mildew-resistant silicone or paintable caulk.
$250 flat rate covers 3 hours of labor, enough for a bathroom re-caulk plus touch-ups, or one accent wall. You supply paint and caulk; send photos and the paint color or code and we'll tell you how much to buy.
